Research on the recognition of qualifications

One of the important potential benefits of EQF is the way in which the readability of qualifications and competencies might be assisted and this promote a greater coherence between national labour markets.
As part of a Thematic Study for the European Training Foundation [ETF], I am analysing the impact of national and regional policies on the recognition of qualifications and competencies, and evaluating the implications for the countries of the Mediterranean Development Area [MEDA]. If you know of any relevant research, in either English or French, I would be grateful to receive copies or links.
