Graham and the Knownet team have offered a new opportunity for a proper follow-up of the discussions at the ECER'05 and in the VETNET meetings. Let us hope that this bears fruit!
Firstly, many thanks to Graham and the Knownet colleagues for setting up this joint blog page. I am pleased to see that Graham has completed his real-time blog coverage on the conference with a summarising report. However, I don't think it is time to close the book and just go to other business. I do think that there are issues arising from the discussions in the conference sessions and in the VETNET meetings that are worth a proper follow-up. In the recent years such issues tended to fade away rather quickly. Now, I hope that our joint blog helps to take them up anew and see where they lead.
As always, time is running so I have to leave this for the moment. I hope to be able to come back with some further thoughts in a couple of days.
