Welcome to the VETNET site

VETNET is a European Research Network in vocational education and training, part of the European Education Research Association (EERA). This site is designed to provide news and information about VETNET activities and to form the basis for a community of practice in VET research in Europe. The site is designed, edited and maintained by KnowNet as a service to the VET-research community. We have provided an online presence for the VETNET strand of the ECER conferences since 2004.

September 7, 2007: We have created an online presence for the VETNET sessions and abstracts of ECER 2007. See below for a table of links to the sessions (there are also navigation links at the left and the top of each page). Authors should email their written contributions (4 to 10 pages) to cvrose@uni-bremen.de before the conference begins (see our news blog).

September 10, 2007: We have just posted a number of documents on VETNET process and reflection within the About VETNET area, including the 2007 board minutes and the chair's report to the 2006 assembly. Also of recent interest is Pekka Kämäräinen's VETNET Chronicle.
